Madi Jobarteh is one of the most misunderstood Gambians and he is as constant as the northern star.

I knew Madi growing up and he has propriety rights to his thoughts I have immense respect and admiration for him. Many a Gambian in this generation have been consumed in the dog eat dog and rat race.

The definition of success in current day Gambia has made many to be ruthless. Unfortunately, our society rewards bad behavior and certain practices are deemed toano go area for a significant number of our brothers and sisters for fair of being called jealous and vindictive.

Gambians must be reminded that we have a collective responsibility to state and an individual accountability to self.
